Scar Revision is a non-invasive and non-surgical treatment to improve the appearance of scars as well as help boost your confidence and self esteem! Scar Revision is a specialized area of permanent cosmetics that is also known as Medical or Paramedical Tattooing. This process is also referred to as Scar Correction and Scar Resurfacing.

Paramedical Scar Revision is different than Scar Camouflage. The art of resurfacing the skin or scar is to help normalize irregular skin texture, to help normalize non-matching skin pigmentation color and to release adhesions. This technique will help blend, minimize, and conceal discolorations.  Sometimes the Paramedical Specialist will tattoo flesh tone pigments into skin to help camouflage hypopigmented skin.

This unique process of scar revision will soften and flatten scars and help your body stimulate collagen and melanocytes. This is a simple, fast and cost effective procedure.

These types of procedures require advanced knowledge, training, skills and the physiology of human skin and tissue must be understood by the specialist performing these procedures.
